Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 60 days after delivery.
  • Items must be returned in original condition, without damage or signs of wear.
  • Customers must use a tracked shipping service for all returns.
  • Promotional gifts included with the order must also be returned.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Personalized or engraved items are non-refundable unless defective.
  • Worn, damaged, altered, or tagless items are not eligible for refunds.
  • Replacement or exchange items are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Orders that originally qualified for free shipping may have shipping costs deducted from the refund.
