Shipping time

We provide free shipping to all available countries. You will receive a tracking code in your email once your order has been shipped from one of our worldwide warehouses, depending on your location. You can track your order via our Order Tracker. Please allow an additional 1-3 business days to dispatch your order during sale periods.

Returns / Swap item(s)

It is possible to return or swap your item(s) within 30 days of receiving them. If you would like to exchange your current item(s) for another item on our website, please contact us at support@officialzenvy.com.

Important notice:

  • During sale periods, items are only available for exchange and are non-refundable.
  • Handmade collection item(s) are non-refundable.

Items can be returned if the product matches the product on our store. They must be returned in original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged. Zenvy reserves the right to decline any returns that do not match our return policy.

A return must be shipped with Track & Trace. The sender is always responsible for the shipment and shipping costs.

How to return?

  • Notify us to get the return address at support@officialzenvy.com
  • Print your order confirmation and place it inside the package
  • Send the package with your local carrier to our return address

*We will refund your money within 5 business days.

Cancelling order / Wrong address

Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 5 hours of ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email as soon as possible to support@officialzenvy.com.
